Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret your rights and obligations as an ok333ok account holder.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

ok333ok is an adult gambling platform. Access to, and use of, the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ok333ok enforces a strict 18+ policy and carries out mandatory age verification for all new accounts. Players found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and any remaining balance returned to the payment source used for deposit.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. ok333ok is an internationally operated platform primarily serving the Bangladesh market. It is the Player's sole responsibility to confirm that accessing and using ok333ok does not violate the laws of the territory from which they are connecting.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are acting under a guardian's legal authority, may not register an account.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (requested via ok333ok's own self-exclusion tools) or imposed under any applicable regulatory framework. Attempting to open a new account while under an active self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.
• Unique Identity: You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on ok333ok. The Platform permits one account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.

Account Registration & Security

Creating an account on ok333ok is straightforward, but you are legally responsible for all activity conducted through your account once it is open. The following rules apply at all times:

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a payment method (such as bKash or Nagad) registered in your own name. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ok333ok operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal request, the Platform requires you to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document — either your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. In some cases, proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. KYC documents are processed within two to five business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of first deposit may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ok333ok recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all account holders via the security settings menu. You must notify ok333ok support immediately at support@ok333ok if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. ok333ok will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred before the Platform was notified.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on ok333ok at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via shared devices or payment instruments — is strictly prohibited. ok333ok employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses may be voided.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ok333ok are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be added from time to time and will be listed on the deposit page within the Player's account dashboard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual transactions above a specified threshold may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your account Balance instantly in the majority of cases. In rare instances involving third-party payment processing delays, credits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected within this window, contact support@ok333ok with your transaction reference number.

ok333ok does not accept deposits from payment accounts registered in a name other than your own. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the originating payment method and the associated account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6). During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours.

ok333ok reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed certain value thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, not an indication that any wrongdoing is suspected.

4.3 Fees

ok333ok does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees as per their published tariffs. ok333ok has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.

4.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit is charged to your mobile money account but not credited to your ok333ok Balance, you should contact support with the mobile transaction ID, transaction date, and amount. ok333ok will investigate and, where the error is confirmed as a platform-side issue, credit the Balance within 48 hours of the investigation being completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

ok333ok periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus offers on ok333ok are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. A typical wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the Player must place a total of ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion. Bonus expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor their bonus expiry status within their account dashboard.

5.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on ok333ok contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The exact contribution rates for each game category are specified on the individual promotion page. Playing ineligible games with Bonus Funds does not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

ok333ok employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and systematic exploitation of free spin awards. Where bonus abuse is detected, ok333ok reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and in serious cases, close the account.

5.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

ok333ok reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already claimed it, the Player's accrued progress towards the wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal will be honoured. New claims will not be accepted after a promotion is closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on ok333ok, whether on sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, or instant-win games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ok333ok. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of pricing error, data feed disruption, or unusual betting patterns that suggest market manipulation. Bets will only be considered accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on ok333ok — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and competition as published on the Platform. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected fixtures. ok333ok reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event. The settlement currency for all sports bets is Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6.3 Casino Game Results

All casino game results on ok333ok — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. ok333ok does not control game outcomes; these are determined entirely at the software or hardware level by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Game fairness is certified at the provider level by independent testing laboratories.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These are displayed within each game interface or market listing before a wager is placed. ok333ok reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or game categories at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.

6.5 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error — including server outages, data feed failures, or display errors that result in incorrect odds or payouts being shown — ok333ok reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated as a result of an obvious technical error, pricing mistake, or system malfunction are not payable and will be removed from the Player's Balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ok333ok. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where warranted.

• Registering while under the age of 18 or providing false date-of-birth information during registration or KYC.
• Opening multiple accounts on ok333ok, either in your own name or under false identities, for any purpose including bonus farming or evading a self-exclusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, spin slots, or interact with any game or market.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games and coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or proceeds of crime. All accounts are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) screening, and suspicious activity reports will be filed with the appropriate authorities where required.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ok333ok support staff or other users of the Platform via any communication channel.
• Attempting to re-register after a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion is in effect, including under a different name, phone number, or payment method.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage — during registration, KYC, withdrawal requests, or in communications with the support team.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ok333ok account at any time by contacting support@ok333ok. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of being received. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that KYC verification is complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by ok333ok

ok333ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required time period.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
• A regulatory or legal requirement necessitates account closure.
• The Player is found to be residing in a jurisdiction where the Platform's services are not available.

Where ok333ok closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance and pending winnings may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately confirmed, the Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to use ok333ok's self-exclusion tools, available via the account settings dashboard or by emailing support@ok333ok. Self-exclusion can be applied for a minimum period of six months up to a permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be permitted. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ok333ok will contact the registered email address associated with a dormant account before any administrative action is taken. After an appropriate notice period, ok333ok reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in the fee schedule published in the account settings section.
